In knowing that our thoughts and feelings are directly affected by the physical state of our minds it is logical to postulate that our minds are the sole bearer of our existence and that there is nothing beyond our minds. Coincidentally with as much as our experience here may incline us to become realists with an understanding that the world exists without us, we may be hard-pressed to accept that our own empirical examination of the world has derived quantum mechanics as the pillar of our scientific understanding of the universe which necessitates that the universe only physically exists at the instant of immediate conscious perception. Since the inception of quantum mechanics scientists and students have striven to ignore its fundamental yet controversial implications to avoid becoming philosophers so that they can focus on its palpable and pragmatic developments. But logical to its understanding, since even our minds require our consciousness to physically exist our minds alone could not produce our existence; a phenomenon existing beyond the thoughts and feelings of the physical state of our minds as they experience this world as a reality to them through perception, interpretation, and interaction.
