For months, I just need someone to listen . Children have been placed in the city jail for arguing,fighting,and on accusations they are high. No drug test ever given. They were put behind bars. They were not sent to training school.I did not feel this was right. My son was taken and placed in the city jail because he and another student were arguing. He also went because they said he was high but no drug test was ever given. The girls that I saw there was sitting in a chair out in an open area and the boys were behind bars.
